Menador ascent

 

From Caldonazzo to the Passo Vézzena

The strong point of this route is certainly the fabulous scenic views. In fact, climbing up the Menador SS, which from Caldonazzo (Alta Valsugana) takes you to Lusérn and Passo Vézzena, you will enjoy sweeping scenic views of the lake and on upper part of the valley. Built in preparation of the WWI, it is also known as the 'Kaiserjägerweg'.
